Payments and Fees

Creators set their own prices for messages and content. dmwith.me processes payments through Stripe and deducts a 15% service fee from each transaction. All financial transactions are final.

Intellectual Property

All content posted by users remains their sole property. By posting content on dmwith.me, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our service.

Limitation of Liability

dmwith.me is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, all access to the service will be terminated immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where dmwith.me is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
